tollsRus is similar to signing up for a subscription. Simply decide to Opt-In (agree to the service) – it’s like choosing to subscribe to a magazine or newspaper except you only pay when you use it.
Is tollsRus a mandatory service?
The tollsRus service is completely up to you. If you agree to the service (Opt-In), the applicable tolls plus a service fee is added to your credit card bill for the times you use it during the month.

What if I don't Opt-In and run a toll booth/plaza?
If this happens, call us and Opt-In to the tollsRus service within a week of when you ran the toll booth. Your tolls will be paid by tollsRus and you will avoid the violation, penalties and fees.
