will take care of your violation
We are all very busy with other things in our lives. Who wants to take the time to take care of toll violations. So tollsRus will take care of your toll violations if:
If you were a tollsRus customer at the time of the violation(s), tollsRus may have received a Notice of Toll Violation because your account information is outdated or your phone was not turned on with the tollsRus running for some reason.
If tollsRus receives a Notice of Toll Violation from the Illinois Tollway, you are eligible for tollsRus to take care of the violation if you meet the following requirements:
• your tollsRus account must have been opened prior to the time of the violation and the account must
be in good standing. The license plate on the violation notice was listed on your tollsRus account prior to the issue
date of the violation notice or- the name or address on the violation notice matches the name or address of your
tollsRus account.
If you meet the requirements above, tollsRus will take care of your toll violation for a flat fee of $30.00 per violation.
If you do not meet the above requirements, your account with tollsRus will be canceled, we will send you the Notice of Toll Violation and you will responsible for taking care the violation.
In the future, to avoid incurring violations, you must keep your account updated, including license plate information, contact information, credit card information and be sure your phone is turned on and plugged into a charger with the tollsRus app running.
