Customer License
I agree to use tollsRus in accordance with the terms and conditions of the tollsRus Customer Agreement herein. I understand that unless directed otherwise by tollsRus, my mobile device must be turned on, plugged into a battery charger in the car and working properly. I understand that it is my responsibility to keep all my account information (mobile number, license plate number, addresses, credit card information, etc.) up to date. I understand that the mobile device(s) that I register will allow passage through all designated toll-equipped facilities and the tolls plus service fees will be charged to the credit card I submit for my tollsRus account.
I understand that I am responsible for all charges associated with my tollsRus account and that the authorized or unauthorized use of my registered vehicles and/or my registered mobile device(s) by any other person does not relieve my liability for any charges incurred.
